Atty. Millares brought his exceptional talents to the firm in 2024. His academic journey culminated in a Juris Doctor degree, with a minor in Litigation and Advocacy, from the University of San Carlos in 2023, where he impressively ranked 11th in his class. The same year, he was admitted to the Philippine Bar. His scholarly work earned him the 2nd Best Thesis Award, focusing on the legal intricacies of virtual and augmented reality within the context of Philippine law. This thesis also stood out as a finalist in the 2022-2023 Dissertation Writing Contest organized by the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity.
Prior to his legal education, Atty. Millares showcased his academic brilliance in mass communication, graduating summa cum laude from Ateneo de Davao University in 2018. His diverse talents and leadership skills have led him to represent the Philippines in several prestigious international platforms. He participated in the YSEALI's Diversity Inclusion Youth Regional Workshop in Malaysia in 2022, the UN Summer Youth Assembly in the United States in 2017, and the AFS Intercultural Programs' Kizuna Program in Japan in 2012.
